Dune Haven

In our Rye Project, a classic bluestone residence was reenvisioned with a modern flair, touching upon its bedrooms, bathrooms, and the central living area. The project involved an extension of four bedrooms, integrating new carpets, built-in robes, and private ensuites to merge comfort with contemporary design. Soft, natural tones were intentionally selected to enhance the abundant natural light within the home, crafting spaces that serve as serene retreats for rest and rejuvenation.

Terrazzo tiling in the ensuites brought an element of timeless elegance and durability, while the home's transformation extended outdoors with the complete recreation of the back courtyard. This area now features a new spa, crazy paving, and tasteful furnishings, creating an inviting oasis for relaxation and entertainment. The addition of new doors and windows across the home was a strategic choice to improve the flow of light, further elevating the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the space. This meticulous approach to design and renovation harmonised modern living needs with the existing character of the classic structure.
